What is a lead credit?
A lead credit lets you unlock the contact details of one student enquiry that matches your subjects and location. You choose which enquiries to spend credits on, so you only pay to reach students you actually want to teach.
Are these plans monthly subscriptions?
No. Each plan is a one-time purchase valid for a fixed period — 30, 60 or 180 days depending on the plan. Nothing auto-renews, and you decide whether to buy again when the period ends.
Is GST included in the price?
GST at 18% (SAC 997331) applies to every plan. The checkout page shows the taxable value, the GST amount and the total before you pay, and a GST invoice is generated automatically after purchase.
Do I need a plan to create a tutor profile?
No. Creating a tutor profile and completing verification is free. A plan is only needed to unlock student contact details and start receiving leads.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can purchase a higher plan at any time from your tutor dashboard. Any lead credits remaining on your current plan stay available until their validity period ends.
